The Details
The raffle will be drawn live at Lee and Fayette Counties Designer Purse Bingo 2025, on Sunday, September 14th at the Oaks at High Hill in Schulenburg. While participants do not have to be present to win, joining us for this exciting event will add to the thrill!
Ticket Information
Tickets are $50 each - and with only 1,000 available, they won’t last long! This is your chance to win incredible luxury prizes and support a cause that truly matters. Every ticket purchase directly funds the Children's Advocacy Center, Serving Bastrop, Lee and Fayette Counties, where over 2,000 children and families in our community receive lifesaving intervention, investigation and therapeutic healing every year.

Summer Splendor Raffle Official Rules
Eligibility: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
Ticket Purchase: Each ticket is $50, and only 1000 tickets will be issued. Tickets are non-transferable and have no cash value. Tickets purchased online will receive an electronic stub and tickets purchased in person will receive a paper stub. Both will equally qualify for prizes in our drawing.
Drawing Details: The raffle drawing will be held live at the Lee and Fayette Counties Designer Purse Bingo 2025, on Sunday, September 14th at the Oaks at High Hill in Schulenburg. Participants do not need to be present to win.
Winner Selection: The Children's Advocacy Center will award prizes to the named recipient on the ticket stub with the winning number. Only one prize will be awarded per drawn ticket number, starting with the prize of greatest value, with subsequent drawings taking place for each remaining prize.
Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via the contact information provided on the ticket stub. If a winner cannot be reached within 30 days of the drawing, an alternate winner will be selected.
Prize Details and Transfer: Costs of transporting any prizes will be the responsibility of the winner. Prizes must be claimed within 45 days of the drawing. The Children's Advocacy Center is not responsible for any costs associated with claiming or transporting prizes.
Non-Transferable Tickets: Raffle tickets are non-transferable. Prizes will only be awarded to the named ticket holder.
Tax Obligations: Winners are responsible for all taxes, fees, and any additional costs associated with prize receipt and use.
General Terms: By participating in the raffle, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Children's Advocacy Center, which are final and binding in all respects.
Publicity: By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their names and likenesses for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Limitation of Liability: The Children's Advocacy Center is not responsible for any damages, loss, or injury resulting from participation in the raffle or acceptance and use of any prize.
Governing Law: The raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
Prize Images: The images used in advertising are comparable to, but not actual images of the prizes offered.
