Bastrop County Designer Purse Bingo
Our biggest annual fundraising event and Bastrop’s premier women-centered gala. It draws nearly 500 guests for 10 rounds of bingo, featuring designer-purse prizes, a lavish catered spread, specialty sips, games, a Louis Vuitton raffle, and a luxury silent auction.
This popular sellout event features a fresh new theme each year and attracts influential sponsors and donors from Bastrop, Lee, and Fayette counties as one of the only local galas held in Bastrop during early spring.
Lee & Fayette County Designer Purse Bingo
Fayette/Lee County Designer Purse Bingo is a standout event hosted at the breathtaking Oaks at High Hill. It features 10 exciting rounds of bingo with stunning designer purse prizes, a gourmet catered meal, a champagne cocktail bar, exclusive games and giveaways, and a luxury silent auction.
This elegant, thematic event held in early fall attracts premier sponsors and supporters from Fayette, Lee, and Bastrop counties. As one of CAC’s most successful fundraisers, it consistently sells out and generates vital support for our mission.
Summer Splendor Luxury Raffle
The Summer Splendor Luxury Raffle is the Children’s Advocacy Center’s most widely promoted fundraising effort, reaching a broad and diverse audience, including business leaders and luxury spenders throughout the community.
As a sponsor, your business will receive premier partner recognition with featured billing on every raffle ticket, high-profile signage at the public prize display, and extensive exposure across print, digital, radio, and television media.
SpringFest
SpringFest is a major cornerstone community event in Bastrop County. In partnership with CASA, the CAC hosts a family-friendly festival in Fisherman’s Park featuring inflatables, a kids’ play zone, food trucks, live music, games, and activities with our multidisciplinary team agencies and local nonprofits.
This event celebrates National Child Abuse Prevention Month and is widely promoted in local media and among partners, including Bastrop ISD and the City of Bastrop.
Holly Jolly
Holly Jolly is our most joyful season at the Children’s Advocacy Center — a special time when we create lasting holiday memories for the children and families we serve.
Kicking off just before Thanksgiving, this feel-good initiative offers a unique sponsorship opportunity to provide holiday meals, wrapped gifts, winter clothing, and essential household items, bringing warmth and cheer to the children we support.
Camp Connect
Camp Connect brings families back together in a fun, friendly, therapeutic environment.
Our clinical team creates a weekend of reunification and cherished memories for the families we serve through shared games, activities, classes, and a cookout in a beautiful, outdoor summer camp setting. While this event is closed to the public, its healing and long-lasting impact on the children and families we serve is profound.
Springfest
Bring the entire family to Springfest 2024, held during the month of April, in Fisherman's Park in beautiful Downtown Bastrop! This fun-for-all-ages event is free, and open to the public. We'll have games, bounce houses, water fun, live music, food trucks, and so much more! Springfest is hosted by the Children's Advocacy Center Serving Bastrop, Lee & Fayette Counties and CASA of Bastrop, Fayette & Lee Counties, in celebration of and to create awareness for Child Abuse Prevention Month.

Holly Jolly is our big, feel-good time of year at the Children's Advocacy Center. Kicking-off prior to Thanksgiving, this is the time of year we make happy, lasting holiday memories for the children and families we serve, by providing meals, wrapped gifts, winter clothing items, personal care items, and household essentials for the holidays.
Halloween Masquerade Gala
The Children's Advocacy Center's A Hoot and a Holler, our annual Halloween Gala is an intimate, fun-filled evening, with plated multi-course meal, top-shelf open bar, games, music, dancing, and a luxury silent auction. This year’s gala features sponsored table sales and individual tickets, and is expected to be a sell-out event. It's a richly decorated, highly spirited, costumed gala, and as the only upscale adult-themed Halloween event in Bastrop County, is an eagerly-anticipated annual fundraiser.
Fayette and Lee Counties Designer Purse Bingo
Top Hats, Tutus & Totes: Lee and Fayette Counties Designer Purse Bingo is coming up on Sunday, September 24th, from 2 pm until 6 pm, at the beautiful Oaks at High Hill!
